For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on payment for Patient Service Representatives! Eligible candidates are hired into a full or part-time Patient Service Representative position. Bonus amount prorated for part-time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth employees are ineligible; former employees are ineligible until more than 6 months of separation.
This position supports the incoming phone switchboard team in a high-volume cardiovascular practice. Along with two other positions, responsibilities include responding to incoming calls, understanding the reason for the call, and routing it appropriately. Ideal candidates will have experience in phone-based customer service. This role is eligible for remote work after successful training.
