Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and tests per guidelines; manage waitlists.
• Process self-pay and insurance payments; issue receipts and post payments.
• Reconcile daily payments and handle deposits.
• Verify insurance information and update patient records.
• Assist with clerical duties: faxing, scanning, filing, mailing.
