Job summary

UCLA Outpatient Clinics is seeking a Team Assistant to support patient flow from registration through discharge across UCLA Health's ambulatory network.

You will collaborate with clinic teams, process prior authorizations and referrals, aid in surgery scheduling, and help manage physicians’ clinic appointments and schedules. Travel to multiple Southern California locations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting patient flow and clinic operations is preferred.
• Ability to process prior authorizations and referrals.
• Willingness to travel to multiple UCLA Health clinics as needed.

Travel Requirements

Travel to all UCLA Health Ambulatory Community Clinics throughout Southern California is required, and you must be physically present at assigned worksites. Assignment locations are based on operational needs and are subject to change.

Although travel to all UCLA Health community practices is required, current staffing needs are primarily located in the Southwest Valley region, including:

Salary Range: $31.88 Hourly - $31.88 Hourly
