Garden State Dental in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our clinical team. You will provide high levels of patient care and satisfaction in a team-based environment, helping with phones, inquiries, scheduling, and financial arrangements for treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and experience answering calls, scheduling, and knowledge of dental insurance plans. Experience in a dental office is preferred.

Qualifications

Garden State Dental is looking for a Patient Service Representative in Toms River,New Jersey, to join our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating team-based environment. Position Overview:

This position is perfect for someone with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and desired to get started in the dental field. environment. The person will be a support person to all the staff members and patients in his/her office. They will answer phones, handle patient inquiries, make appointments, and assist with the completion of the patient’s treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager. Join our team and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through exceptional oral care.

What we offer:

• Pay: min$20-max$25 per hour
• Full time: Monday 9am-5pm, Tuesday 8am-5pm, Wednesday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 9am-2pm
