Patient Service Representative – Racine, WI is looking for a friendly and dependable Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team in Racine, WI! We’re looking for someone with strong customer service skills who can help keep our front office running smoothly while making every patient feel valued. Dental experience is a plus, but we’re also interested in candidates with at least one year of hands‑on experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome patients and create a positive first impression
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients with questions

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work well with a team
• X-ray certification is not required

What We Offer

• Full-time schedule:
  • Monday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Pay range: $20–$23 per hour , based on experience
