Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital in Manhattan is seeking a Patient Service Representative for a part-time shift. You will greet patients, register and check them in, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth flow of services.

The role requires high school diploma or GED, with preferred 3 years in a medical office or hospital and familiarity with medical terminology and EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 3 years of work experience in a medical office or hospital.
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable.
• Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word and Excel; EMR experience preferred.
