Qualifications

Greets and directs patients entering the Outpatient Testing Center (OPTC) in a professional manner that follows Silver Cross Hospital’s mission, vision and values. Directs patient flow between arrival, registration, treatment, and departure. Acts as liaison between patients, their families, visitors, OPTC staff, and at times the referring physician office staff. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
