Job Description
An employer is looking for a Patient Access Representative within a call center environment in the Beverly Hills, CA area. This person will be responsible for handling about 50+ calls per day for multiple GI offices across Southern California. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, triaging patients, providing directions/parking instructions, contacting clinic facility to notify if a patient is running late, scheduling and rescheduling patients' appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with referrals/follow up care. This position is fully on-site until fully trained and passing multiple assessments (typically around 2-3 months of working - depending on performance) where it will then go remote. Shifts are Monday-Friday either from 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm.
Compensation
$20 to $24
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
