We are looking for a Patient Access Representative in a call center environment in the Beverly Hills, CA area. This person will handle approximately 50+ calls per day across multiple specialty offices in Southern California. Duties include answering phones, triaging patients, providing directions and parking instructions, notifying clinic facilities of late patients, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with referrals and follow-up care. This position is on‑site until fully trained and passing multiple assessments (typically around 2–4 months of on‑site work, depending on performance) after which it will transition to remote.
$24/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
