*Job Description*
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients and their families. Your duties will include:
* Greeting patients and families at the front desk.
* Troubleshooting issues with patients using the new iPad system for check-in and screening.
* Answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and calling on referrals.
* Answering questions about appointments, insurance, and payments.
* Assisting with the smooth transfer of patients between departments.
* Performing administrative tasks such as chart prepping and maintaining medical records.
* Coordinating patient appointments and information flow between departments and outside organizations.
*Additional Skills & Qualifications:*
* Administrative experience including filing, scanning, and data entry
* Prior experience in the healthcare industry.
* Experience handling medical records, posting payments, and insurance verification.
* Proven record of building and maintaining relationships with customers and co-workers.
*Work Environment:*
* 100% onsite
* Shift: 8am-4:30pm (flexible by 30 minutes each way if needed)

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
