Job summary

Silver Cross Hospital is seeking a front desk registration specialist to greet and check in patients, coordinate visits, and liaise with clinical staff. You will schedule follow-ups, manage imaging and lab appointments, and collect co-pays according to policy.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, customer service, and the ability to handle busy, dynamic environments. A high school diploma or GED and healthcare exposure are preferred to support patient care.

Position Summary

Greets, instructs, directs, schedules, registers, and performs check-in duties for patients. Serves as a liaison between patients and medical support staff. Responsible for coordinating all after-visit activities including: collection, review and update of all practice-specific forms, communicating of payment policies regarding amounts due for current services and prior balances, collection of payments, assistance with scheduling follow-up appointments and procedures.

The expected pay for this position is listed below:

$18.70 - $23.38
