Our practice offices are part of a multi-specialty medical group with nearly 1,000 physicians and advanced practitioners serving patients across more than 60 locations in Western Massachusetts.The Patient Service Representative role offers the opportunity to work in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary care team to perform essential administrative tasks necessary to support patient care. Key responsibilities include patient reception, registration, demographic and insurance verification.
