Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to serve at our outpatient physical therapy center in McMurray, PA. This per diem role handles front-desk duties and patient interactions to ensure a smooth care experience from check-in through checkout.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling, communicating with insurance and related partners, and collecting co-pays with insurance verifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and next appointment.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain regular communication with attorneys, insurance and translation companies, market ops leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
