Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Specialist at our Sartell outpatient orthopedic clinic. You’ll be the first point of contact, greeting patients and guiding them through their visit flow, while handling scheduling and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating with insurance and other partners, collecting co-pays, and verifying authorizations. A high school diploma is required, with preferred front desk and healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visit flow.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Maintain communication with insurance, attorneys, translation services, and leadership teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and verify insurance.
