The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and organization. You will schedule appointments, answer calls, coordinate with back-office staff, protect patient information, and support a seamless patient experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication abilities required.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service preferred.
• Medical terminology knowledge or radiology office exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Verify insurance and patient information; collect signatures and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collect co-pays and fees.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments; confirm and communicate changes to staff.
• Provide patient orientation on prep and safety protocols; direct to facilities as needed.
• Coordinate with back-office for timely patient care and maintain PHI safeguards.
• Protect on-site medications per company policy and maintain professional conduct.
