Job summary

VNA Health Group is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator to support patient care, schedule visits, and communicate with clinicians and Patient Care Directors. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong computer skills, and compassionate service.

You will schedule visits, run reports in HCHB, and liaise with clinicians and the Reimbursement team. The compensation range is USD 16.00–24.00 per hour and reflects pay transparency under New Jersey law.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• 2–3 years of office experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HCHB is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and update patient visits based on care needs.
• Run and maintain essential reports (e.g., productivity, case counts, missed visits).
• Answer incoming staff calls and refer clinical questions appropriately.
• Coordinate with the Reimbursement team on private pay/managed care lists.
• Uphold VNA Health Group’s policies on attendance and professional appearance.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
