US Fertility is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator for its Fertility Centers of Illinois in River North Chicago. The role involves managing patient accounts, scheduling, and ensuring excellent service while coordinating with a national network of physicians.

The position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities to grow within a respected fertility care organization. Workdays are Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend rotation and a focus on compassionate patient support.

Formación

• 1 year of applicable work experience minimum
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing
• OB/GYN office experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills, independent worker, detail-oriented, computer savvy
• High level of customer service essential

Responsabilidades

• Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal financial and insurance information
• Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling efficiently
• Schedule appointments
• Address customer/patient issues and ensure effective short- and long-term resolutions
• Provide timely feedback to the practice regarding service failures or patient concerns
• Consult with patients regarding benefits, coverage and financial options
• Greet patients and visitors, delivering a high level of customer service
