US Fertility in River North Chicago, IL is hiring a Patient Service Coordinator to support patient access and administrative operations. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Central, with weekend rotations as needed and a pay rate of $22–$23 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance/benefits and medical billing processes.
• Familiarity with medical terminology in a clinical setting.
• Experience supporting patients in administrative roles.
• Strong communication, independence, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient accounts with accurate personal, financial, and insurance data.
• Schedule appointments and optimize clinic flow.
• Greet patients and provide high level customer service.
• Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Provide information on benefits and financial options to patients.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to support patient care.
