Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Fertility Nurse Case Manager for Fertility Centers of Illinois in Hoffman Estates, IL. The role runs Monday–Friday, with some weekends and holidays, offering a competitive salary and growth within a national network.

You will coordinate fertility patient care, monitor progress, communicate orders and results, and support patients and families with empathy and professional guidance.

Qualifications

• RN license required and unrestricted in state of practice.
• BSN preferred but not required depending on experience.
• Fertility experience or background in women's health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage cases, and treat fertility patients.
• Monitor patients through treatment plans and educate as needed.
• Transmit physician orders and lab results with clear interpretation.
• Foster a compassionate environment for patients and families.
• Document care in patient and department records.
