• Request, collect, and record co-pays or outstanding balances.
• Schedule new and follow-up appointments according to guidelines.
• Checkout by reviewing patient data and scheduling future visits; provide referrals.
• Answer calls, route messages, and prepare documents in compliance with HIPAA.
