Qualifications

• At least 1 year of fast-paced customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming medical-related calls to schedule appointments and handle inquiries.
• Screen calls using protocols and route to appropriate staff.
• Pre-register and schedule patients in the EHR; enter data accurately.
