Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments.
• Explain insurance benefits and costs associated with equipment and how insurance covers durable medical equipment.
• Sign patients up for electronic delivery of statements.
• Collect credit/debit card information for automatic drafting of bills.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services.
• Update and maintain patient records in scheduling system and contact details.
• Manage cancellations and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of PAP products and services and applicable regulations.
