The position emphasizes a culture of patient-focused care and collaboration within Providence’s expansive health system. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with medical terminology; EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• 1 year experience in a customer service-oriented environment.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• AHA HeartSaver or BLS certification may be required at some Rehab clinic locations.
• Experience in medical environment, rehab field, or working with medical terminology.
• 1 year experience using MS Office Suite or Windows-based software.
• Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs and with EPIC.

Responsabilidades
