Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 1-year medical office or customer service experience required.
• Completion of Nurse Aide I course, Medical Assistant program, or 1yr direct care in medical office preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year patient care or medical terminology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages incoming phone calls and patient flow into the clinic.
• Schedules patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Obtains demographic and financial information to create patient records.
• Documents calls and routes requests to appropriate departments.
• Provides accurate intake services for new patients.
