Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact to internal and external customers to ensure access to physicians, employees, patients, programs and services.
• Handle complex scheduling requests through various channels while following scheduling protocols.
• Communicate via EPIC to physicians and staff on a daily basis.
• Provide information and facilitate requests within designated timeframes based on urgency.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity.
