Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments, procedures, and services using the scheduling system accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate procedures, appointments, changes, and questions to patients.
• Evaluate dynamic patient needs and revise schedules as necessary.
• Document and communicate changes with care teams.
• Identify and escalate issues to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Maintain knowledge of scheduling systems and regulatory requirements.
• Represent Scheduling in rounds and meetings as needed.
• Adhere to attendance policies and perform related duties.
• Participate in performance management processes.
