Texas Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS) is seeking a Medical Scheduling Coordinator to join our Centralized Scheduling and Referral Team. After paid onsite training in Live Oak, TX, you’ll transition to working remotely while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Local candidates are required for training and occasional in-office meetings in the Live Oak/San Antonio area. Responsibilities include answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, processing referrals, and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of medical office, scheduling, patient access, referral coordination, or medical call center experience.
• Excellent phone communication skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple calls while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional healthcare customer service while coordinating appointments and ensuring patients receive timely access to care.
• Answer incoming patient calls and schedule new and follow-up appointments.
• Process physician referrals accurately and coordinate with clinics and providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR system including verifying and updating demographics and insurance information.
• Deliver compassionate customer service and help patients begin their therapy journey.

After completing paid onsite training in Live Oak, TX, you\'ll transition to working remotely while remaining part of a supportive and collaborative team. • Job Type: Full Time


• Pay Rate: ~$17-$18/ HR


• Flexible 8-hour shifts scheduled between7:00 AM-7:00 PM Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Responsibilities

What You\'ll Do

In this role, you\'ll provide exceptional healthcare customer service while coordinating appointments and ensuring patients receive timely access to care.
