Community Health Centers is seeking a Medical Scheduler for Winter Garden with a remote option after 90 days. You will be the first point of contact for patients scheduling appointments and handling inquiries, ensuring accurate data entry in the EHR and communicating essential information and policies.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1 year in a call center or medical office, and strong communication skills; bilingual in Spanish or Creole is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college or technical training preferred.
• 1 year call center or medical/dental office experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities required.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules patient appointments according to CHC protocols.
• Answers calls promptly in a courteous, professional manner.
• Enters accurate patient demographics into the EHR system.
• Informs patients about items to bring and appointment guidelines.
• Escalates issues per procedures and coordinates with departments.
