Responsibilities

• Direct and continuously observe the patient from a close distance.
• Participate in patient rounding as directed by the RN.
• Ensure patient safety and respond to call lights promptly.
• Restock supplies and manage unit equipment.
• Transport patients within the department as needed.
• Complete required documentation for patient care.
