Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively reviews and assesses event reports and notifies relevant bodies.
• Identifies and addresses patient safety risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Leads root cause analyses and drives corrective actions.
• Completes state and federal reporting, including Minnesota Patient Safety Registry and FDA/CMS reporting.
• Provides organizational education on patient safety and quality improvement.
