Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient safety programs and report findings.
• Gather data on patient-related errors and perform root-cause analyses.
• Conduct risk assessments per ECRI recommendations and propose improvements.
• Deliver patient safety and risk-reduction training events.
• Support organization development and program/project management.
