Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, education, health, business administration or related field and two years of experience in professional level treatment programming.
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the fields listed and three years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Experience in psychiatric settings and risk management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate incidents at the facility and document findings related to quality of care.
• Collaborate with patient advocates to manage investigations of abuse/neglect/exploitation or rights infringement.
• Assist management in follow-up actions and improvement strategies.
• Participate in audits related to patient safety, hazards, patient rights, and restrictive interventions.
• Review incident reports and adverse event data to identify trends.
