Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System seeks a risk management professional focused on patient safety and incident reporting. You will coordinate reporting to regulatory agencies, conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans, and lead risk education across staff.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration across departments, and experience in hospital risk management. CPHRM or CPPS is preferred. Office suite skills and data analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of hospital-related clinical experience with relevant Risk Management experience.
• CPHRM and/or CPPS preferred.
• Strong analytical and investigations skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reporting of incidents to regulatory bodies (AHCA, Department of Health, FDA as required).
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and develop corrective action plans.
