Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, or related field.
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience working in a large healthcare organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Department Chairs and Patient Care Services to facilitate internal medical peer review.
• Assist in analyzing adverse events and prepare for regulatory visits.
• Maintain confidentiality of peer review, performance improvement, and risk management information.
• Help develop corrective actions with CRICO and hospital improvement teams.
• Assist in policy development related to patient safety.
• Provide education to nurses, physicians, and committees on patient safety topics.
