Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong preference for candidates with clinical experience or JD.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the hospital's patient safety program.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to identify improvements in safety processes.
• Provide guidance to leaders and staff on safety initiatives.
• Oversee event reporting, capture of safety events, near misses, and outcomes.
• Conduct root cause analyses of patient safety events.
• Deliver educational programs to improve staff safety awareness.
• Collaborate with quality teams to boost safety metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
