Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the patient safety programs at Wellstar.
• Gathers data on patient-related errors and conducts causal analyses incl. RCAs.
• Performs risk assessments per ECRI, suggests policy changes to mitigate risks.
• Provides patient safety and risk reduction training events.
