Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates the patient’s condition and care plan.
• Collaborates with the patient care team to communicate and adjust care plans.
• Prioritizes daily patient flow and ensures a safe, quality experience.
• Maintains complete documentation of assessments, care delivered, and any incidents.
• Upholds confidentiality, safety, and professional standards; supports shared governance.
