Job summary

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Nursing is required.
  • Current RN license in Georgia or a qualifying multi-state compact license.
  • 2 years or more of nursing and/or adverse event monitoring experience required.
  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong interpersonal and written communication.
  • Group facilitation skills and ability to manage programs and projects.
  • Bachelor's in Nursing preferred; CPHP/CPPS certification desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient safety programs and activities.
  • Collect data on patient-related errors and conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs).
  • Perform risk assessments based on evidence and propose practice changes.
  • Contribute to organization development and provide patient safety training events.
