Reporting to the Director of High Reliability and Quality Improvement, you will guide safety event reviews, provide education, and collaborate with leadership to implement action plans and track essential metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or healthcare related field is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or healthcare related field preferred.
• Clinical Experience/knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety programs across departments aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide training and onboarding support for new associates.
• Mentor patient safety coordinator and provide feedback on event reviews.
