Job summary

Olympic Medical Center in Washington State seeks a Manager, High Reliability to lead patient safety, patient experience, and medical staff services programs. You will supervise program staff and drive regulatory readiness with a human-centered, data-driven approach.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in healthcare administration with at least five years of leadership in healthcare operations; CPPS/CPXP credentials are expected within stated timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• CPPS within 1 year of hire; CPXP within 2 years of hire; additional credentials preferred.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, patient safety, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient safety, patient experience, and medical staff services programs.
• Oversee daily program staff and ensure regulatory readiness.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety, transparency, and data-driven decision making.
