Job summary

You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams, design interventions, monitor outcomes, and promote just culture while reducing patient harm. A nursing-related degree and 3–4 years clinical plus 1–2 years leadership experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with clinical and operational teams to design quality improvement interventions and drives execution.
• Assists in developing monitoring systems and tracks outcome data for quality initiatives.
• Operationalizes the patient safety strategic plan with focus on safety reporting and just culture.
• Coordinates review and management of patient safety events and risk mitigation.
• Maintains dashboards and reports for quality and safety metrics.
• Leads safety culture initiatives and staff education on safety science.
