Job summary

ADP is seeking a Quality and Compliance Director in Cedar Bluff, VA to lead QA activities for the PACE program. You will coordinate quality improvement, monitor care issues, and drive performance improvement initiatives across staff and contracted personnel.

The role ensures regulatory compliance with federal and state regulations and oversees data reporting to CMS, DMAS, and NPA. The position requires strong QA knowledge, ability to develop action plans, and effective communication with Board

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff and contractors understand Quality Improvement (QI) activities.
• Develops a strategic QA and risk management program for efficiency and safety.
• Produces data and reports on quality, performance and compliance.
• Presents QI Annual Report to the Board and conducts compliance training.
• Coordinates CMS/DMAS/NPA reporting requirements for the PACE program.
• Monitors regulatory compliance and flags potential deficits.
• Maintains minutes for quarterly compliance and monthly quality meetings.
• Reviews/upgrades policies and procedures as needed.
• Performs annual participant satisfaction surveys.
• Liaises with EMR vendor and trains staff on usage.
