Job summary

Bronson Healthcare Group is seeking a Patient Safety/Quality Coordinator to lead system-wide quality improvement projects and enhance safety outcomes. The role requires nursing experience in acute care, 3–5 years of project leadership, and strong data interpretation to drive clinical improvement.

The candidate should hold an RN license in Michigan, with a Master’s degree preferred and CPHQ/CPPS certifications valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Project management responsibilities identifying and analyzing project scope and objectives for alignment with the strategic plan.
• Manage multiple projects ranging from low to high complexity and system-wide scope.
• Act as a change agent to lead system-wide transformation and culture change.
• Interface with executives, physicians, and frontline staff to set goals and measure success.
• Analyze large data sets to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement action plans.
• Present recommendations to system committees and the executive team.
• Apply high reliability principles and coach others in quality improvement.
• Educate and coach departments and hospital PI committees on quality measures and tactics.
• Develop and mentor staff on an ongoing basis.
• Provide direct support to Patient Safety and Quality management.
