Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in quality control, performance/operations improvement, project management, including 3 years in leadership.
• Experience in patient and family relations or patient experience programs.
• CPHQ, CIC or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for Quality and Safety initiatives and the Safety Coach Program.
• Lead safety and quality performance improvement initiatives addressing trends and deficiencies.
• Facilitate communications between hospital and PHC Quality and Safety.
• Promote continuous improvement using Lean methodology, tools, data analysis, reliability and spread.
