Job summary

You will work with the Vice Chair and teams to review events, lead cross-functional quality projects, and develop policies, training, and dashboards to monitor KPIs. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience are required; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience of 3 years is required.
• Strong communication, data analysis, and facilitation skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Promote and develop the patient safety and quality program and align strategic plans.
• Review, investigate and analyze patient safety events and recommend interventions.
• Monitor KPIs and support performance improvement projects and audits.
