Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3 years of relevant experience in patient safety, quality or related field.
• Experience with data analysis and quality improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors the strategic plan for patient safety and quality.
• Reviews, investigates and analyzes patient safety events; implements improvements.
• Assists with audits and development of clinical policies/procedures and regulatory plans.
• Manages the Event Reporting System (ERS) and supports FPPE/OPPE processes.
• Leads quality meetings and shares best practices across teams.
• Educates staff on patient safety concepts and disseminates improvement information.
• Oversees patient complaints process and maintains documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
