Job summary

HHS Hunterdon Healthcare System Inc. in Flemington, NJ is hiring for a Float Nursing position focused on patient safety through close observation. This full-time role requires CPR certification and CPI training, with shifts Sun–Sat every other weekend, 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.

The position provides supervision of patients requiring observation, one-to-one monitoring, assistance with feeding under RN direction, and engagement in diversional activities. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification required; CPI training prior to or soon after hire.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provides one to one observation to ensure patient\'s personal safety.
• Assists with feeding of patient under the direction of the RN.
• Engages patient in diversional activities under the direction of the RN.
• Other duties as assigned.
