  • Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and work within standardized operating procedures.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an environment with interruptions.
  • Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems using established options.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with peers and healthcare providers.
