Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Trayline Attendant/Room Service Attendant to support patient meals and dining services on the hospital floor. You will assemble trays, stock items to par levels, and ensure timely delivery to patient rooms while maintaining a clean, sanitary work area.

The role requires basic computer skills and a high school level education, with 0–1 years of related experience. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is preferred to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Some High School required, High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0-1 years related work experience required.
• Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Responsabilités

• Assembles patient meals as ordered through the At Your Service Room Service Dining system.
• Prepares and stocks food items to par levels in advance of peak meal periods.
• Delivers patient trays to the Room Service Associates or nursing desks on the floors as necessary.
• Maintains cleanliness of assigned work area and sanitizes equipment.
• Adheres to HACCP procedures and safety policies at all times.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
