Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic familiarity with computers. Ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Assembles patient meals as ordered; prepares and stocks food items to par levels.
• Delivers patient trays to rooms or nursing desks.
• Maintains sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Takes HACCP temperatures and follows safety procedures.
• Prepares floor stock sheets and rotates stock.
